If you are a mom or dad who has a child with spina bifida or an adult who has spina bifida, I am looking for your quotes and input for the coming chapters. I have an interview form I can e-mail you that is in MS word format. You can answer many or as few questions as you want. You can skip questions. You can answer questions with a novella or a single sentence. There are no rules when it comes to sharing your perspective.
I just need your quotes and thoughts and experiences to share with future generations of expectant parents.
You can get a form by e-mailing me at whattoexpectSB@gmail.com with the words "SB Interview" in the subject line. I will need to know which form to send you so its important that you tell me if you are
1) The parent of a child with SB whose child had the closure surgery AFTER birth.
2) The parent of a child with SB whose child had the closure surgery BEFORE birth.
3) And adult with SB.
The deadline to be considered for inclusion in the book is November 1st. Please submit all quotes and interview forms by that date.
